Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh

Just wrapped up a 5 night stay at the Sheraton Grand - Edinburgh and I coyldn't be happier. Check-in was very smooth with a thorough explanation of all the hotel amenities. I was in Room #715 which was spacious, cclean and modern with an AMAZNG view of the Castle. The Club Lounge offered an exceptional breakfast as well as an evening hors d'ouevres with complimentary drinks. Conveniently located atop the hill, a short walk from Princess Street, makes grtting around town super easy. The entire staff were friendly and professional. I did not visit the Spa or Restaurant, do I cannot comment on those. Overall, a fantastic property deserving of all 5 stars. Highly recommended...

Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms, very clean, nice staff, and great amenities. A bit off the beaten path but well worth the stay. The elite lounge offered a superb, extensive breakfast! A large variety of great offerings, it was a fantastic way to start our day and the evening food reception provided so much that we didn’t even need to eat elsewhere. A wonderful club! The orange juice machine made the best orange juice we have ever had in our lives!! Our room was spacious, clean, fresh with very comfy beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The front desk also allowed early check in which was so convenient and nice after a long flight.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, with a stunning master bathroom. One of the highlights was the incredible view of Edinburgh Castle from our window, especially magical when lit up at night. We also made full use of the spa, and wow!!it exceeded expectations. From the outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the city skyline, to multiple steam rooms, saunas, and peaceful relaxation areas, it truly offered every amenity you could want for a luxurious wellness experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and extremely helpful, and the buffet breakfast was wonderful with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic stay!! we would highly recommend it for comfort, luxury, and an unforgettable Edinburgh experience.

Can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The rooms are lovely and spa v good. But service we received was another level. When we arrived, there had been an issue with the third party provider we’d made the reservation under. They went above and beyond to resolve this, even though it was absolutely nothing to do with them/Sheraton. The touches they add for younger guests (mini robe and slippers, treats, Teddy and toiletries) were also such a lovely touch! We won’t want to stay anywhere else when visiting Edinburgh in future. Great location and beautiful rooms! Pool.is free to use and so is the dry sauna, but whirlpool and other spa services at a cost. The club has a terrific breakfast and drinks/Canapés in the evening. Very clean - would recommend!

Overall, the hotel was very good. The staff was professional and attentive. The room was clean, spacious and confortable. Now, even though the bathroom was luxurious, the water pressure was quite low. The TV didn’t have any app such as Netflix or Prime and couldn’t screen mirror wirelessly my phone. No luggage service at the entrance. I agree with some comments : this is, in my opinion, a very good 4 stars hotel rather than a true 5 stars. In the end this was still a very pleasant stay !

Me and my partner visited the Sheraton for the first time on Sunday and we truly weren't disappointed. We were welcomed warmly and checked in by Tony who was lovely. Our room was spotless and very well equipped with some complimentary cartoned water and teas and coffees. The bathroom was amazing and definitely 5 star quality. Loved the different coloured lights in the bath! We had a swim in the pool the morning we checked out and it is a very good size, my partner also loved the sauna. We didn't have access to the thermal suite sadly but it looked incredible. The showers and changing areas are spotless and well kept. I had trouble with my keyless locker and a member of staff came immediately to help which was great. Before we left the hotel to go home we sat in the lounge for some coffee. We had a mocha with some honey each and they were delicious. The bar staff were really pleasant and nice. Sheraton Grand, you are a brilliant hotel and it shows that you really care for your customers and go out your way to help everyone with anything they need. We'll definitely be back at some point!

Photo taken with consent and knowledge of possible utilisation) He is an amazing young man. He is so enthusiastic and has a brilliant energy and smile. He obviously loves his work. He taught me this morning that at this hotel there is no question you can’t ask. The kindness from all the staff I engaged with, from the staff in the bar & breakfast room to the concierge (Adam, special mention as he did absolutely go above and beyond it felt). The HR recruitment policy is to be applauded, all of the staff were so polite, cheerful, helpful and friendly and also the youthfulness of the team is so refreshing. My customer experience was amazing. For an overnight stay I had great service from the minute I arrived and parked my car in site at 8am Sunday morning before going off to my meeting, checked in at 3pm with a glass of wine and complimentary snacks all the way through until my extended check out at 2pm Monday afternoon. Great value for money stay and yes, I will definitely be back and let’s see how Adam’s career progresses. #hospitality #kindness #teamwork #customerservice
